Your best sales asset is a conversation you haven't had yet.

One of your customers could close your next deal for you. They just haven't been asked.

You introduce us. We do the rest, and you get a case study ready to publish, in a week.

  • Shorten sales cycles
  • Give your team something to send

What others say about you matters far more than what you say about yourself.

You already know this. The reason you haven't got those stories written up isn't that you doubt they'd work. It's that getting them done means chasing the client, scheduling the call, running the interview, writing it up, and then getting it signed off.

How it works

1

You choose the clients

Tell us which customers you'd like a case study on. If you're not sure, we'll help you pick the ones with the strongest story.

2

You make the introduction

We write the intro email. You send it. After that, your only job is a quick review of the draft.

3

We do the rest

  • Coordinate directly with your client
  • Run a focused 15–30 minute interview
  • Capture the challenge, why they chose you, what changed, and the results
  • Write everything up
  • Manage the approval process with your client

Delivered within one week of the interview.

Great case studies aren't long. They're short, sharp, and built from a real conversation.

What you'll receive

  • Full case studyfor sending to prospects, and for proposals and pitches
  • Bitesize versionfor publishing on your website
  • Quote cardsfor social media and landing pages

Why it works

What's the difference between a case study and a testimonial? Structure and length. A testimonial is a nice line. A case study is the whole story: the challenge, the choice, the result. That's what actually sells.

Those stories become sales assets your team can use across your website, proposals, presentations and marketing.

FAQ

How long does it take?

Delivered within one week of the interview. Most of that week is writing and approvals — the interview itself is 15–30 minutes.

How much of my time does this take?

One introduction email, which we write for you, and one round of review on the draft. Call it fifteen minutes total. We handle the scheduling, the interview, and the back-and-forth with your client.

What if my client says no?

It's rarer than you'd expect when the intro comes from you and the ask is 15–30 minutes rather than an afternoon. If they do pass, we'll run the same process with your next-best customer at no extra cost. You're not paying for a maybe.

What if the results are confidential or under NDA?

We can anonymise. "A mid-sized logistics firm" still carries weight when the detail of the story is specific. We'll agree what's shareable before the interview, and your client signs off on the final draft either way.

What if I don't like the draft?

You get a round of revisions included. If the story fundamentally isn't there — it happens occasionally, usually when the customer's results are thinner than expected — we'll tell you straight rather than dress it up.

Do I need to be on the interview?

No, and it's usually better if you're not. Customers are more candid without their supplier in the room, and candid is what makes a case study land.

Do I need a big-name client for this to work?

No. A specific story from a company nobody's heard of beats a vague one from a company everybody has. What matters is whether your buyer recognises themselves in it.

Who actually writes these?

[NAME] runs every interview and writes every case study personally. Nothing is handed off.

Do you work with clients outside the UK?

Yes. Interviews are remote and we work to your timezone.
